Making a Reservation

Yes, the total includes taxes, the cleaning fee and processing fee.
Once you find the home of your choice, there are two easy-to-follow ways to book your vacation homes. You can choose to place the reservation directly online through our secure website 24/7, or simply speak to one of our Intteli Vacation Homes representatives’ at (407) 588-0808. We require a 20% deposit upon placing the reservation. If you reserve your rental less than 45 days prior to your arrival, then full payment is due at the time of the booking. Deposits or full balances will be billed to the credit card number provided.
To reserve a home, we will require 20% of the total rental cost. This amount is non-refundable.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. This is non-negotiable.
100% yes! Once you have booked either online or through one of our Intteli team members, the availability calendar will automatically update on our website, as our calendars are always live! This will ensure you always get to stay in the property of your choice (by the door)! If for some unforeseen reason we are required to move you to another home, we will give you prior notice, as well as ensure that you are relocated to a property with similar specifications to the one you have chosen. If this is not permissible, we will be happy to provide you a full refund.
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email immediately after your reservation. To make sure you receive your reservation emails please adjust your spam filter to add the domain magicalvacationhomes.com to your list of accepted email addressed. You will receive your reservation confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation. As soon as you have completed the rental agreement, and if full payment has been received, you will then receive your final confirmation email showing the balance is paid on your vacation rental voucher. This will include you arrival instructions and key code to enter your vacation home. If you have not received these emails, and you have adjusted your spam filters.
Your home will be available for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00pm. Check-out is promptly at 10:00am on the day of your departure from your vacation home. Early check-in or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge. Prices vary per unit and availability. Early check-in and late check-out's will always be tentatively booked and confirmed only within 48 hours prior to your arrival. It is the guest's responsibility to contact Intteli vacation homes within that time period to confirm availability and confirm payment of the additional fees.
Upon check-out, we kindly ask that you remove all sheets and linens from beds, and used towels from bathrooms, leaving these in the laundry area. Please also empty all trash cans and place all trash in the receptacles outside of the home. Don't forget to check for all of your belongings and grab a business card for your family and friends as you depart!
Each of our homes has their own change/cancellation policy. Please check it out at the time of your booking.
Our regular office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Guests calling to place a reservation or those with general inquiries outside of office hours are able to leave messages on our voice mail system. Intteli team will do their best to reply to all voice messages within 24 hours. Please remember reservations can be placed 24/7 on our secure website.
During regular business hours you may call us toll free at and speak directly to one of our Intteli team members. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner. To ensure your piece of mind, we additionally have a representative on-call 24/7 on (407) 588-0808, to deal with any emergency situation within your vacation home property.
All homes are fully equipped with the following: refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, all of our vacation homes come with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
To complete all of your essential holiday laundry needs, look no further than your own home! Each property comes complete with a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Each Intteli vacation home comes complete with wonderful furnishing to help make your holiday memorable and carefree! Other property amenities include: free local and long distance calls within the united states (does not include Canada), free high speed wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, cable tv, dvd player, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels, linens, pack 'n' play, extra crib (available upon request), alarm clock, vacuum, mop, broom, complimentary starter soap package, toilet paper and trash bags.
Yes, if you would like the spa/pool to be heated you will need to order pool heat with your reservation. A spa or hot tub is not able to be heated on its own. There is no option to only heat the spa, since it is using the same water as the pool.
When pool heat is chosen for your home, the pool and spa will be heated to a temperature around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When the guest then turns on the spa mode, the system will automatically adjust the valves so that the water from the spa is returned back to the spa. This bypasses the pool, and so the spa will be heated up to a temperature of 94-102 Fahrenheit. If left in spa mode, the pool will not receive any heated water, thus leaving it to cool.
We try to provide each guest with the majority of what you need, but there are some items that are not provided in the homes. While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and washcloths, as these are not always supplied in the property. As mentioned, we provide complimentary starter soap, toilet paper and trash bags; however once these items are used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish them. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc., are not provided, and must be supplied by the guest.
We are sorry to say that we do not. We have a strict no pet policy in all of our vacation homes. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.
All homes have a strict non-smoking policy. Guests are permitted however to smoke on the screen enclosed balcony, or outside of the property. Those found to be in violation of the smoking policy will be subject to a $500 fee.
Yes! In the event any personal items are left behind in your vacation home we will do our best to locate it. However, the owner and the management company are not responsible for any losses. If you leave something behind on your visit and we find it, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you, and the guest will be 100% responsible for shipping costs.
All of our homes undergo a regimented cleaning process prior to and after your stay. However during your stay our cleaning crew does not enter your vacation home. Guests are not required to clean the property themselves, however, cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, mop and broom are provided to cover any mid-stay spills or other such occurrences. At a guest's request at least 48 hours prior, a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional standard cleaning rate fee.
This is a mid-stay tidy that any guest may choose to add to their reservation. this type of clean will include the following: clean all bathrooms, remake all beds with the same linens that are already on the bed, clean the kitchen, empty all trash, sweep and mop all tile or wood floor, vacuum all carpeted areas, wash towels and leave in dryer. Please note this clean does not include additional toilet paper, trash bags or soap.
This is a mid-stay full service clean that any guest may choose to add to their reservation. this type of clean will include the following: clean all bathrooms, remake all beds with clean linens, wash and put away all towels, clean kitchen, empty all trash, sweep and mop all tile or wood floor, vacuum all carpeted areas, wash all linens, dry and put away, replacement toilet paper, trash bags and soap. Please note housekeepers do not open drawers, clean the refrigerator/freezer, touch personal belongings or launder personal items of clothing.
Yes, unlike most vacation rental companies, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with your accommodations.
Yes, everything you see in the property photos is exactly as you will experience it when you check in.
Yes. After your initial 20% deposit, you can make payments up until 60 days before check-in, when the balance on your reservations is due. To make payments, you can contact our Accounting team at (407) 588-0808, or log into your Guest Account and make payments with a major credit card.

If the nightly rate is divided per person, it is often more affordable than staying in a hotel, plus you’ll enjoy upscale amenities with all the comforts of home. Yes. Travel insurance is available through our preferred provider and must be purchased prior to your 60-day final payment.
You can log in to manage your reservation through our Guest Portal, a secure and easy-to-use online system. With Guest Portal you will be able to:

  • Purchase travel insurance
  • Purchase additional rental cars through Enterprise
  • Request a mid-stay clean

Once you book a reservation with Intteli, your confirmation email will contain your username and link to set up your Guest Portal password. Within your profile you will be able to change your contact information and credit card information on file. If you have any questions about your Guest Portal, please contact our Concierge Team at (407) 588-0808.
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home, town home or condo. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
All of our vacation homes, town homes and condos have air conditioning and heat.
Yes, there is a telephone at every vacation home, town home or condo. Local calls are free and long distance calls may require a calling card or credit card number for usage. The telephone number to the property will be provided upon arrival.
A master bedroom will have: a king or queen-sized bed, TV, nightstand, dresser or chest or armoire and private access to a bathroom. Some master bedrooms may also offer additional bathroom access from the hall.
Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each home. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied at twice the maximum occupancy.
No, our homes are cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a mid-stay clean at an additional charge. A mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all the bathrooms and the kitchen area, vacuuming and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.
We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a mop, broom, dustpan, vacuum, iron and ironing board in the property. Most of our homes include a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
Yes. Please contact our Intteli Reservation Team for a list of handicap accessible properties.
please call our Intteli Services Team in advance of your arrival to inquire about the parking availability for the home you have rented. Also, please inform any guests who might be visiting for the day or evening that parking is very limited. Typically parking is not available at the properties for RVs, buses or trailers. Please contact our Intteli Reservation Team if you need to make specific parking arrangements.
